Justin P. Callaway

Justin Paul Callaway joined the law firm of Tighe & Cottrell, P.A. in February of 2007. A Pennsylvania native, Mr. Callaway practices in the areas of corporate law, commercial transactions, construction law, insurance defense, general liability and professional liability.

He has a Bachelor of Arts in History from Widener University. While pursuing his undergraduate studies Mr. Callaway was a member of both Pi Gamma Mu and Phi Alpha Theta honor societies. Mr. Callaway obtained his juris doctorate from Widener University School of Law in 2006. While at law school, Mr. Callaway served as Lt. Governor of ABA Representatives for the 3rd Circuit and served as a member of Widener University Moot Court Honor Society.

Mr. Callaway also spends his time as a volunteer for Delaware's Office of the Child Advocate and is a trained mediator in pre- and post-litigation disputes.
