Mr. Cottrell has served as speaker for the SES seminar "Start Up Enterprises in Delaware: Structure, Taxation and Governance". Mr. Cottrell is also coeditor of the book Corporate Directors and Officers: Liability, Insurance and Risk Management (NYC, Executive Enterprises, Inc. 1989).
