The firm provides liability defense to self insured trucking firms and insured's of several major insurance carriers. We have extensive experience in various courts through jury trials, as well as alternative dispute resolution and mediation in a wide range of cases, including fatalities. The firm also aggressively pursues subrogation claims on behalf of its transportation law clients.
Michael K. Tighe has published articles and lectured on transportation law in conjunction with the American Law Firm Association. Mr. Tighe has also presented the seminar "Trying the Automobile Injury Case in Delaware" (1996) and "Insurance Law: Third Party Coverage in Delaware" (1997) for the National Business Institute. He is a member of the Association for Transportation Law, Logistics and Policy as well as an associate member of national trucking and automobile associations.
