The firm's cases in the field have included products coverage, asbestos coverage and litigation, massive toxic torts and hazardous wastes, excess and umbrella coverages, other insurance disputes and late notice claims.
The firm regularly advises insurers and self-insureds on coverage issues and the development of litigation management programs.
Members of the firm have represented carriers in extensive coverage litigation on products and environmental issues. We have also been involved in review of policy interpretation.
Firm members have spoken at numerous seminars, including the annual Construction Insurance Conference sponsored by IRMI, and various symposia sponsored by the CPCU. Professional articles by members of the firm have appeared in Best's, Risk Management, Barrister, and various legal periodicals and law reviews. Recently, Mr. Tighe has presented the National Business Institute seminar "Insurance Law: Third Party Coverage in Delaware".
